DELPHI for .NET
It's available for download Delphi 8 for .NET from Borland Site. It's two big files (about 80 MB). After installation, Delphi 8 IDE appears just like a mix between classical Delphi IDE and C# Builder IDE. You can read a good article in Delphi 3000 site. In my opinion It's less powerfull of Visual Studio for .NET in relation to Data Access, in particolar VS is great if use with SQL Server. It's good for old Delphi developers the fact that It's possible to choice between VCL (.NET) project and Windows Form project. I'll inform you in the future in relation to my experiences.

ODMS
Finally I found a bit of time to write. I download a great ODMS (Object DataBase Management System) Matisse (http:\\www.matisse.com). Try It in a .NET environment. GREAT!!!
